The Israeli military attacks the Balata refugee camp and shoots a teenager dead.
Based on information obtained by VIVA Military, Tuesday, August 24, 2021, the Israeli military attacked Camp Balata in the early hours of the morning local time.
The attack was carried out brutally, killing a 17-year-old Palestinian teenager named Imad Khaled Hashash.
The Israeli military aka Israel Defense Force (IDF) in an official statement stated that the attack on Camp Balata was carried out as a terrorist arrest operation.
But when the IDF entered, they were attacked and fired upon until finally a gun battle ensued and eventually killed the Palestinian teenager.
